Cancun Vacation Resort FAQs

WHERE IS THE VACATION RESORT located? This resort is only 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport, and is conveniently located on the fourteen Mile-long Island between the hotel zone's "Party Central" and downtown Cancun.

WHAT TYPE OF RESORT IS BLUE BAY Getaway? It is a resort for adults 21 years of age or older looking for a fun-filled vacation. It is not a mega cancun resort, which is a big plus. Guests can participate in active adult only entertainment if desired or just relax and soak up the sun, while they enjoy this all-inclusive vacation experience.

WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE mean? We offer a completely All-Inclusive vacation which means all food, snacks, beverages, cocktails and refreshments are inclusive. Bar service is available from 10:00 am until 1:00 am. After 1:00 am we offer non-alcoholic beverages for the remainder of the morning.

Safety Deposit Box: The resort is not responsible for valuables left outside of the box. Digital boxes are available in all rooms, request the service at the Front Desk. Daily Fee of $3.00 USD.
Visitors: The access to the hotel is restricted to our registered guest only, if you wish to invite someone to the hotel you must purchase a Day or Night Pass at the Front Desk.
