Useful Information and Conditions for RCI Exchangers:
Private One Way Pick Up Service per couple (airport-Hotel), is included for R.C.I. exchangers (Resort ID 6330), for a minimum 6 or 7 nights stay.



Please make sure to print your transfer E-mail confirmation as it is the only proof of your service request. This service offers an immediate and non-stop transfer to Temptation Resort Spa without sharing the vehicle with somebody else. All Changes or Cancellations should be sent by E-mail to infogetaway@bluebaypremier.com at least 48 hours before arrival.

Transbeach is the official transfer company for Temptation Resort Spa, so we suggest you to follow these simple recommendations to make your arrival easy and safe:

• Upon arrival to Cancun`s airport proceed to pick up your luggage at the belts.

• Be aware that you might be approached by different people claiming to be the transfer company to take you, or offering discounted transfer services.

• Remember that your service is included, so please have your coupon handy and do not show it to any of these people.

• After retrieving your luggage walk OUTSIDE the terminal and look for the Transbeach personnel wearing Yellow shirts & blue pants holding the Blue Bay signage.
